To chat with the AI, simply type your questions or commands into the message area and press enter. The AI will generate responses based on your input. You can also use conversation starters to begin your chat with AI.

While you can send messages using enter, you can also use pre-made prompts. After typing your message, click the "Send with prompts" button to select a prompt. Your saved prompts are also accessible from this menu.

Model selection

Choose from a variety of AI models for your conversations. Model selection is set to automatic by default, which picks the most suitable model for your request. You can also select multiple models to receive different perspectives on your queries instead of using a single model.

Remix mode

Remix combines answers from different AI models into a single synthesized answer. You can enable Remix when selecting models, or apply it to existing multi-model answers afterward.

Voice recording

Voice communication is another convenient way to chat with AI. Simply press the space bar or click the microphone icon to start speaking. When you're done, press enter to send your voice message. You can also click the stop button to review the transcription before sending.

Enhance voice

Enable the enhance voice option while recording to reduce background noise and improve speech clarity. This feature helps create clearer and more fluid voice inputs.

Scheduled messages

ThinkBuddy supports message scheduling, which means you don't need to wait for a response before sending a new message. Your new message will be queued and sent automatically once the previous response is complete. Access scheduled messages through the schedule button next to the send button, where you can also cancel pending requests.

AI answer

You can perform the following actions in the area where you receive AI answers.

Add New Models: Compare responses from different models to the same query.

Add Remix: Get a single, synthesized answer by combining answers from all models.

Retry: Let the AI retry the answer to get a different response.

Modify: Edit the answer using pre-made prompts or manually.

Listen: Hear the answer spoken aloud.

Delete: Remove the message and its corresponding answer.

These actions can be performed not only on your most recent message but also on any previous messages in the conversation.

Fork

ThinkBuddy allows you to edit and resend your messages, as well as retry AI responses.

Previous messages and responses are preserved, enabling you to compare different versions of the conversation and switch between them to continue with different contexts.

Chat info

Chat Info sidepeek displays your token usage for the current conversation and lists all uploaded files. You can quickly access and preview your attachments from this section. To open this sidepeek, click the info icon in the top right corner of the chat screen.
