6. Subscription and Cancellation

6.2 Cancellation Rights

• You may cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

• TB Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another user.

• TB Credits can only be used within the ThinkBuddy platform to access specific features or models.

• Unused TB Credits remain available until your account is terminated, after which they expire.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access.

• Delete your account for violations.

• Modify or discontinue the Services.

12. Disclaimers and Limitations

12.1 Service Availability

• ThinkBuddy does not guarantee uninterrupted service. There may be outages, disruptions, or service interruptions.

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any inability to use the Services.

• AI responses provided by ThinkBuddy are for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.
